This survey was conducted online in late May and to date has more responses than any other online survey I've have conducted, so thank you for your feedback! The ArriveCAN app was launched in 2020 and expanded in 2021. It was designed as an alternative to the paper COVID-19 contact tracing form that travelers were required to complete upon arrival to Canada and includes the ability to upload proof of vaccination documents. While many of the restrictions on travel have been lifted, including mandatory vaccination for domestic air and rail travel, the ArriveCAN app remains in place for incoming international travelers.
